MTC Rentals FAQ’s

A Mobile Treatment Centre (MTC) is a first aid, medic standby unit that is mounted and secured on the back of a 4×4, 1 tonne truck. For remote medical care in Western Canada, industry standards as well as WCB regulations require that most workplaces that are a certain distance from medical care, must have an MTC, ETV or industrial ambulance on site. Many of our clients choose to rent an MTC on short and long term duration, in order to provide coverage for their workers on site when required by WCB first aid regulations. An MTC rental from Pacific EMS allows us to quickly deploy our available fleet, including private ground ambulances for hire in British Columbia, to your project site. 

Yes, Western Pacific Emergency Response Ltd. can deliver our MTCs and ambulances to your worksite. We will also provide a full orientation to the rental unit. Once your project is complete, we will pick up and demobilze the rental unit, or you can return it to our yard.

Our units come fully stocked with the required WCB first aid medical supplies and are ready for immediate deployment.
