Advanced Life Support (ALS)

Advanced Life Support is the highest level of care offered by Pacific EMS, We provide long-distance ALS ground ambulance service for patients travelling between British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan, or for those patients who are travelling across the Canada / USA Border.

Western Pacific Emergency Response Ltd also provides Advanced Life Support medical standby ambulance units for high-risk, high-profile medical standby jobs or events, where a high level of patient care is required. Our Advanced Life Support Units are capable of emergency airway management, advanced pain control with narcotic administration, as well as other advanced medical procedures.

First Aid and On Site Medical Support

Pacific EMS provides on site medical support, remote medical care, and event medical services, providing care levels ranging from Occupational First Aid Level III to meet WorkSafe BC standards, through to Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support solutions.

Basic Life Support

Basic Life Support is provided by registered Emergency Medical Responders (EMR) and Primary Care Paramedics. Our EMR and PCP staff follow provincial medical protocols and are equipped to provide timely and effective out-of-hospital medical care for ill or injured patients. Basic Life Support (BLS) Paramedic Units provided by Pacific EMS exceed industry standards and provide enhanced levels of protection and patient care beyond the first aid level.
